This is a fish caught by Dan Rife around the 15th of December

Friday, 12-9-2011 was a good day out on the lake. Dan Rife hosted Bill (a local minister) and Mitch (a Carlin Bay neighbor) for a day out fishing and around 1pm Bill landed a 28", 10 lb -  5oz Chinook (Bill's catch above). He hit a herring @91 feet and played out great making a few nice runs before netting him. It was foggy most of the day and about 12:30pm the sun broke out to blue skies.
